NEIC electrical cert needed

Hola HoLers,

I'm letting my flat out and as there will be 4 people squeezing In I'm told by the agent I need a NEIC electrical Cert.

Seeing as it's un furnished and only 4 things have a plug in the kitchen it seems like a bit of money for old rope - especially at the price the agent is quoting.

Anyone know a suitable person? Can't see it taking more than about 15 minutes!

This guy is qualified and very user friendly. You are right it will just take a short while by the sound of it....but be sure never to tell a pro how long the job will take!
