people who allow their dogs to poo on the pavement should have their noses rubbed in it and they should never be allowed to own another pet
I live in a road which is used frequently by young families on their way to a nearby school so I do hope they were able to avoid the 3 or 4 messes left there yesterday. getting it on their shoes can result in it being trodden into their homes and local shops; the scooters, bikes and buggy wheels are equally affected.

that's the way to do it, Ruth, the shopowner should be congratulated and supported don't forget the dogowners who pick it up and put it in a nearby dustbin, Sharon must be very pleasant for collectors of our rubbish!
Any different from dustbins full of baby shit?
We live in Vale Road and it's an almost daily occurrence. Usually in the same spot roughly, so I'd assume the same pooch that can only hold it for a consistent distance once out the house. Twice in recent weeks the mess has actually been left on our garden path! i.e. the owner has allowed their dog to wander up towards our front door, do its business, then just walked on.
I've used the Harringay Council mobile app to report it each time with mixed results - I'll always get a 'thanks you issue has now been resolved' email, but frequently it won't have been.
I regularly spend the rest of my walk to the station fantasising about catching the dog and owner in the act...
