Hello, people who've used Ian, how have your roofs held up?

I've had a quote from him, but his assesment of the problem was somewhat different from another roofer I had round. He also seemed unsure about guarentees. Thanks,

Sapphireblue- did you find a roofer? We need to have our valleys cleared and relined and I'm looking for a reliable and trustworthy chap. Any recommendations or should I follow up on the ones below?

I had a sizeable flat roof terrace replaced by this guy I found on rated trader where he has a good feedback. Found him to be an agreeable flexible guy who went out of his way to be obliging and was very competitive pricewise.
