One wooden chicken shed for sale, it cost me £350 new... yours for £100. Suitable for up to 4 chickens (although I only used it for 2), has 1 double external nesting box, flat felt roof, pull-out tray, 2 perches.
Dimensions: W 1.98m x D 0.75 x H 1.03m
Also included if you want: feeder, drinker, poultry grit, 2 black plastic bins for keeping your food in, powder to protect against red mites.
If you haven't kept chickens before, give it a go, it's a fantastic experience!

You could rent that out for about £500/month.
Convert it to a CHMO (applying for permission afterwards of course) and double your income.
