Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

loft conversion ball park figure

Anyone got an idea of the ballpark figure for a loft conversion in this area for the standard terrace house on the ladder. Full conversion with dormer windows but not requiring en-suite. I just haven't got a clue as to current prices and don't want to waste a builders time.

You are looking in the region of £40k give or take £5k. I have to say that if you do go ahead with a conversion I would suggest you give serious consideration to an en-suite or separate bathroom, it really would be expected if you sell on and will pay for itself!
