Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi folks. I'm moving back into the area after two years away, and coming back with a car. Can anyone give me a quick reminder on how to get a parking voucher - particularly if there is a way of getting one in advance of moving in (so I don't have to get by on temporary vouchers while my application is being processed). Thanks

Not sure of the process for moving in, but generally they are quite good processing online requests quite quickly. Generally I would go in person though, to the customer service centre on Station Road in Wood Green first thing in the morning - it opens at 8.45, with all the documents that you need!

I think you have to prove residence. Council tax bill, driving license showing your address, utility bills, none of which you will have

I could buy you some weekly visitor's permits if you are in Wood Green outer area.

they accept letters from your soicitor in the absence of a council tax bill of v5 doc with your new address on

'If you do not have the required documents, please email Permits-Vouchers@haringey.gov.uk to apply for a temporary permit'   - Did you read my post ?

Thanks James, Ed, Gillian and John.

James I'll take a look at your link when I get a mo this week. Not planning to move back till September, but I seem to remmeber it was a bit of a nightmare (and back in the day I didn't have a car...).

It's good to see I might be able to get a tmep voucher until I am properly "moved in".

Cheers
