Harringay online

Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

As the little birdies have become regular visitors to my feeding station I was musing on the possibility of putting a remote camera to get a closer look at their habits. I have looked online and there does seem to be quite a variety of options. I'm looking for one that can be positioned anywhere. Wi-fi versions are more expensive but trailing cables are also a pain. Prices go from about £40 to £300. Anyone got any experience of this?

Those look great. Seem to be a lot of sony digicams around. Can you view pics remotely?

I didn't need a birdcam this morning....I had a magpie on my outside windowsill, pecking on the window. Brief but lovely.

Do squirrels not just devour all food you put out for birds? I have tried all sorts of bird food and contraptions to feed birds in my garden but squirrels normally polish it off in a day or so ........any tips?

I use metal feeder 'trees'. They are quite cheap and squirrels can't climb up the stem.
