Local tailor/alterations
Hi everyone,
I was wondering if anybody had any recommendations for tailoring or alterations in the area? For reasons best known to himself, my friend has chosen me to be best man at his wedding, and bought me a very nice suit to wear. I couldn't be there when the suit was purchased (the wedding is in Cheltenham) and although he had my measurements it will still need significant alterations to fit properly.
I know very little about this sort of thing and the level of skill required etc, so was hoping for ideas a few rungs above the local dry cleaners but several more below Savile Row...
I'm based on the ladder but willing to travel just about anywhere in North London.

George's tailoring at the south end of Wightman ( opposite Jewson ) has managed to get me into two pairs of trousers ( not at the same time
