Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Free Laserjet HP 1010 printer
Perhaps I'm just late and everyone else (apart from those lucky Apple folk) has already entered the horrible horrible world that is Windows 8.
But if anyone out there hasn't and would like a free printer, a perfectly good one but not compatible with Windows 8, then let me know. It is basic b&w and not duplex - but has done me fine for a few years now.

The Windows 8 world is not so bad, especially if you make a few adjustments to your system.
It looks and behaves like Windows 7.
Did you try to install your printer as if it is Windows 7 x64 edition ?
Sometimes it works just like this

Just in case anyone missed this - I have the installation CD too.
(Thanks for the advice Marek but I'd already bought another printer - I should have talked to you first!).
