Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

We've found a fawn coloured female mastiff type dog this morning. I'm going to call the dog warden when they open at 9 but if its yours please mail me ASAP.

Is it the dog that's been running around since May/June? Loads of people have been looking for her! There's another thread on here.

You'll see in the Pets forum, there are details of a missing fawn dog, maybe it's this one. The person to contact is Terri 07988 250669 as they have been trying to get back this dog for a while. I think the dog's details were also posted on www.doglost.co.uk ID 52500.

I hope you find the owner, a photo on here always helps. Maybe it is Terri's dog.

No it's not that one unfortunately. I tried to catch that one a couple of weeks ago but it took off. This one was a Staffy's mastiff type cross. The warden has collected her now

I realise this is too late if the warden collected her, but Terri posted something in the "lost Lurcher" facebook page about another dog that was lost on Sat night in Finsbury Park. I can't seem to copy the text or the url for some reason but it was a female called Roxy, sandy beige colour. Didn't say what breed.

Hi Elidih!! Jemma here ) I think I know that Roxy and it's a different dog. The warden has this one now so fingers crossed she's chipped.

I wonder if that's the other dog that I think belongs to a guy on Wightman with a serious drink problem. I also think he owned the poor white one who was shot in the passage by Seymour Road. he must have just sent them off into the world on their own. I hope it's not the case, but they both fit the description, I've met him several times with both dogs, they were quite friendly.

Shot! Who by?

How sad.

I expect the dog taken to the dog warden will be put to sleep within a week if no one claims the poor thing.

It would be a good idea to post details in the pet forum or lost/found forum as people may not see this in no category chosen. A photo always helps. Maybe someone could even offer him a home. I think the dog warden puts them to sleep within 5 or 7 days, I maybe wrong I hope I am.
