Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Lost Dog seen

This morning (about 7.45am) a lost dog passed me on Lancaster Road N4 coming from Stapleton Hall Road. Light brown, medium height, slim/thin build, quite elegant-looking a bit like a saluki cross, no collar. I was not able to get close to it. Contact details via Doglost.co.uk

I've just posted on that fb page Lynne but Hugh's right - perhaps easier to keep it all on a single post here.

I'm going to have a word with my neighbours, but I'm not sure what to tell them to do if they see the dog - who should they call?

Thanks, Terri asked me to start the f/book group -it is easier for some but I have posted the link to this thread on it. This is a fairly confusing site if you're viewing on a phone as some are replies to the main post, and some are replies to replies.
They should call Terri, as Terri is in touch with Tracey, who has the trap. You should also give them the info above re feeding/chasing/calling etc.

I am not in the area any more as I was just there looking for another lost dog when I saw this one - I am now on the trail of a lost Jack Russell in Edmonton.  Anyway www.DogLost.co.uk is a great help and source of information as to how to catch lost dogs as they are doing this all day every day - you can call or email them or post under this dog's page - he/she is dog ID 52500.

Saw this dog this morning on the New RIver - the Wightman Road bit that runs up to Hornsey station.

She was quite nervous but did have a good sniff of my dog, then sat near the new river entrance until she saw me walking back that way, then she bolted across wightman, up Hewitt and out of sight.

I'll keep an eye out.
