Tree felling on Permberton Rd
I just noticed the new signs on the school fence indicating that there will be tree cutting tomorrow. The only tree there is the massive one near the school's monkey bars. It's lovely. I only hope that the branches are just being trimmed and that the whole tree is scheduled for the chop? Does anyone know? The signs weren't there yesterday so I'm a bit worried that the Council is planning to remove the whole tree. The signs do say tree cutting and not trimming. Fingers crossed it will be ok.

When the big tree cull happened on the ladder last year it was promised, I believe by Haringey Council, that quite a number of new trees would be planted on the ladder in 2013. Does anyone know if this is still going to happen and what streets have been allocated trees?
