I have just be made aware of a small pot of money that may be available for resurfacing roads that are in the greatest need.
Wondered what residents thoughts are about the state of the roads in Harringay ward - are there any which are in a particularly bad state?
I will having a walkabout over the next few days to make my own list but residents views would be much appreciated.

I have been out on my bike this morning and covered the whole Ladder. Thank you for all the suggestions - some of the roads are certainly in a poor state and I have complied the list using residents suggestions and my own observations today. All of the roads are visually in a poor condition with pot holes and patchwork repairs so they don't look good but hopefully the worse ones will now get some attention. Of course I am sure that every councillor will be adding roads to the list so fingers crossed.
Sorry to have missed the eggs - they would have been very welcome.
Hi Karen - you probably spotted this on your trip, but I noticed this morning an absolutely enormous pothole on Wightman Road at the junction with Atterbury Road (I think it's Atterbury - could possibly have been Umfreville - was on bike, so not 100% sure, but it's so enormous it's very obvious). I spotted it in time, and as a cyclist, if you're holding a proper line on Wightman, it shouldn't cause a problem, but not all cyclists do hold their line, plus some might want to go down whichever side road it was, and if you don't spot it, it will definitely throw you off because it's that huge.
Thank you - I'll get it reported to the council.
Thanks Karen, and thanks for all the work you're doing on this and the HGV enforcement - I really appreciate it!
How about Crowland Road which i have reported as having several pot holes.
Ian
