Looking for 2bed in n15 postcode

Hi,

I am looking for a 2 bed property to rent- the maximum rent I can pay is 1050, part housing benefit.
It will be for myself and my daughter (toddler)
Around Tottenham, turnpike lane, green lanes, seven sister..
I can move ASAP.

I hold a degree and have worked in prestigious companies prior to my current predicament of "benefits" - I do not smoke, drink, or have any pets.

I would prefer a ground floor property of available.

I have been looking for over 4 months and am disheartened by the lack of motivation to chance a tenant on housing benefit - we are not all on ASBOS.
