Free: IKEA wok

Made of steel with a non-stick coating in good used condition, this flat-based wok is suitable for most types of cooker hob including induction (up to a point, but see below).

We are giving this wok away because we have switched to an induction hob and this wok doesn't work too well on this - the flat bottom gets hot OK but steel being a poor conductior of heat, the sides remain cool so it can't really be used as a wok in the traditional way for stir frying although things can be simmered in it.

Can be collected from the N8 end of the Harringay Ladder - we have various other bits of kitchenware not compatible with induction hobs that we no longer need so you're welcome to have a look.
