Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

SOIL HUMPING at South Harringay Infants School Garden patch in-the-making.

Hi all,

If anyone's up for a bit of soil humping this Sunday 24th at 10.00 we'd be glad of the help.

If you have a spade or a wheel barrow that would be amazing. Or if you just have a wheel barrow but no time that would be good too!

Even if you only have half an hour we'd appreciate it....

Children will be mucking in too.

It's gonna be cold but lots of physical activity will get the blood flowing.

Hope to see you there - you'll see us just by the main gate by the alley between Pemberton and Mattison.

Cheers,

Nemone.

I don't have a wheel barrow, but I do have a few bags of spare soil if you need them. (Not sure what you are doing exactly so I don't know if that's helpful or not.)

Thanks Neil that would be great.

Is it possible for you to drop them round to the school at all on Sunday morning?

Cheers,

Nemone.

Hi,

Sorry I don't have transport. It's in my front garden in Woodlands Park Road, if someone can come and pick it up I'm more than happy to help load it up.

Neil

Hiya,

Ok thanks no worries. Will try and come round tomorrow but may be up against it.

Otherwise next week sometime?

What kind of soil is it and what size bags?

How do I get your address without it being public - can't remember HOL's system...

Cheers,

Nemone.

It is just garden soil that came out of back garden. It's not great quality by any means. Got about 10 garden sacks, the kind of bags you'd buy compost in. You are welcome to as much of as little as you want. I'll add you as a contact so I can private message you the address.
