Anyone been to classes at The Hidden Space?

Hello Becky - I train with Bethia Hope-Rollins who teaches there. She is a fantastic teacher and highly recommend that you give the HS a whirl.

Hi Becky. I used to go to the other pilates class there, with Lauren, and thought it was great. Sadly can't go anymore and miss it terribly!

Hello,

I used to go to the pilates class on a Tuesday night and it's lovely, well worth it! I haven't been in about a month because of deadlines but will be starting up again this Tuesday so maybe see you there?! :)
