Suspicious Persons

We live on the ladder. A man knocked on our door last night at 11p.m. We didn't open the door. He claimed to be a locksmith. It seemed suspect to me.

You should report this to the police.

Could have been a locksmith responding to a call from a locked-out neighbour and had got the address wrong.
