Bullying of staff in car wash opposite co-op

I've always used this car wash on Tottenham Lane, but that will stop after what I've seen today. I was asked whether I wanted to have the inside of my car cleaned by one of the 'older' guys working there today and I replied that I didn't. About a minute later a younger guy, perhaps late teens,asked me the same question in broken English. Then all of sudden the original guy said to him "What are you doing talking? You don't speak English." He continued to say something in their language (Eastern European) with the younger guy clearly intimidated. Another 'member of staff' joined in this conversation criticising the kid.I did say something to one of them but he didn't seem to understand what I'd said. I'll never be going back - disgusting behaviour.
