Phil & Teds e3 and ELC kitchen for sale

I am very reluctantly selling my phil and teds e3 buggy and an Early Learning Centre play kitchen, I am going to put them on ebay but thought I'd see if anyone locally would like them first. We're in N15 just round the corner from Chestnuts Park.

The Phil and Ted is the first, original version and is about 6 yrs old. I bought it when my second baby was born and it comes with the extra baby seat to make it a double buggy, also I have the storm cover for the double buggy which covers both children in either combination of use of the second seat. It is in good condition for it's age, it's not pristine but it has lots of use left in it. The bottom tray (where you can put all your baby stuff) is slightly frayed (but not worn through) on the bottom in one place. I've never had a problem with the tyres.

The ELC sizzle play kitchen is in excellent condition, it is also about 4 yrs old but has been in our loft for the past 18 months. We have some accessories that go with it, I haven't sorted them all out yet but there will be some pots and pans, plates, cups and cooking implements.
