We've used Alan from AJ Coles a couple of times now in two different properties. He's done cleans, fire tests and some flu maintenance. Nice guy to deal with, would definitely recommend.

With North Harringay school thriving on Falkland there should be no shortage of fairly fit climbing boys. Obesity is the big killer of the chimney trade of course. They should cut down on the lunchtime gruel.

No doubt you have already hired your chimney sweep, but I just wanted to add that we had Firkin and Sons did ours yesterday morning for £50.  Our sweep kindly notified us when the brush was visible on the roof so we could run out into the street and soak up some good luck chimney sweep vibes.  Since then I got and extra £80 in my pay packet and have been headhunted for a job...
