A beautiful house in Harringay for rent

Why must Ladder house sellers/letters ape Winkworths et al with the specious, nonsensical phrase: "within walking distance to the trendy cafes of Crouch End"? It's not ! They're not - trendy or even trending! Who wants to walk to Crouch End for a caffeine charge? Aren't there higher and closer criteria for choosing one's home? Why not try: "at the pulsing sacred heart of Harringay's Flouch End"?

Hahah! We regularly walk to a particular Crouch End cafe for Sunday breakfast. Its fairly trendy :) Sorry!

Ditto Milda. Nothing quite like a good stroll to Crouch End. Although I do feel MOKA is the trendiest and very much friendliest cafe for miles, and very much within walking distance.
