2 Double Rooms available in Flat on Green Lanes
HI, Sadly we are relocating to Nottingham and have a lovely 3 bedroom flat on Green lanes, a stones throw from the Salabury pub. We are thinking of renting the rooms out individually, and these should be available from mid November. We have a big kitchen and balcony area and a marbled bathroom with walk in shower and ball and claw bath. So you are looking for a room or you know anyone looking for a room, who is employed, reliable and doesnt smoke, can you please get them to contact me via the forum.

Hi Louise,
There are 2 bedrooms free, hopefully a friend of ours will take the 3rd small room, and will be there as a Monday-thursday lodger. The big room is currently our front room. It has a lovely big bay window that overlooks green lanes. There will be a double bed in there, some drawers and a wardrobe (which we will purchase prior to leaving). The price of this room is £190/week including all bills, council tax, weekly cleaner (for the communal areas), water, (gas & electric up to £50 p/month, over that the excess will be split 3 ways). broadband and tv point is also included.
The medium sized room has a double bed, wardrobes, and chest of drawers. there will be a TV point in this room too. the price is £160/week including all the above bills.
The kitchen has a dining table, 4 chairs, washing machine & fridge. there is also a balcony off the kitchen. The flat is on the second floor.
The location is excellent for transport (bus stop across the road), and shops on our door stop (I will definitely miss that|!)
