Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Thanks to all 378 of you who came along to the market yesterday.

We are taking a well deserved break next Sunday and will be back from Sunday 2nd September 11am-3pm at North Harringay Primary School.

From next month we'll have a meat stall, a fruit farmer, a dairy stall and immensely popular ice cream from Ruby Violet, all joining the market.

Yesterday we had two new stalls: Eliskos, a Greek deli and Paura's Pantry who sold marinades, chutneys and jams.

I've already started planning Xmas markets too so if anyone wants to join, let me know!

Thanks for your support everyone!

Jessica

ps you may have noticed our fellow HOL-er Jasmine sitting at the gate yesterday. She counted everyone who came to the market yesterday. Thanks to her we know for certain that we had 378 visitors yesterday.

I've visited the market for the first time yesterday and I have to say that all the stalls are really high quality.

I had the chance to try superb meatballs at The Hungry Wolf, totally recommended! I also had a chat with the nice guy of The dark sides of cholesterol, he's really passionate about cheese and he has a wide range of products that he buys directly from producers in Italy, France and England. If you love cheese as I do visit him at next market.

Next time I'll try something new!

errata corrige: the cheese stall is The dark Knights of cholesterol!

Err, perhaps 377 visitors; my wife went to the market twice yesterday!
