A fascinating behind-the scenes programme, really worth a watch if you missed it. It makes you thoroughly appreciate the people who work through the night keeping our antique transport system going, while having to deal with all sorts of c**p (sometimes literally) from members of the public.

I actually think this should be essential viewing for anyone who uses the underground. But not only London transport staff have to deal with rudeness - I was walking reasonably fast down the escalator at Manor House today when a guy behind me said in an exasperated tone "Come on!"
