Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!
Attempted robbery.
This morning at approx 11:30am (Warham Road) someone knocked on our elderly neigbours door and then forced his way into her house knocking her to the ground. He then threatened her and asked her for her money. Luckily my dad heard the commotion and confronted him and he ran off. Luckily our neighbour is okay although shaken and a bit bruised. Hopefully the police will catch this guy but please be careful when answering the door. He was a tall stocky white guy.

Hello to my mums lovely neighbours-I didnt notice this on here until i scrolled down today, your dad is a hero. I came on here to warn others to warn their elderly folk as i was most concerned that the news wasnt put out in the local media to warn others to keep an eye out for their elderly neighbours and to make sure they themselves are aware not to open the door to anyone esp a big 6ft guy. We need to do something for your parents as your dad was reluctant to even take the wine from me and says he doesnt want anything but we owe him so much and my mother as good as owes him her life. Once again a major thank you to your vigilant dad. xx
