Building Survey report request

Sounds roughly what I'd expect.  I think a homebuyers report is often around £700.  Do you know that you definitely need a full structural survey?  Generally if the house is of a standard construction and doesn't have anything unusual about it then a homebuyers survey will give you enough detail.  If the house is unusual in some way or you want specific advice about works you want to do on it later then go for the full survey.

Thanks for the reply, well I need a full survey coz my house shakes when HGV use Mattison Rd, I will be taking legal advise but I need a technical report to support my view as I might take the council to court and sue them.
