Thanks to Claire D for posting a link in the Local Restaurant group to an Evening Standard article about Mosaica restaurant at the Chocolate Factory in Wood Green.
The article starts:
"A restaurant tucked away on an industrial estate in north London has become an unlikely mecca for pop and urban music stars.
Mosaica in Wood Green counts Adele,Tinie Tempah, Pixie Lott, JLS, Ellie Goulding and Mika among its regulars after it was bought by producer Labrinth a year ago.
Labrinth, 22, from Hackney, runs his Millmark Music recording studio in the same converted factory building. Hits recorded and produced there include Tinie Tempah's number one Pass Out and his own number three single, Earthquake. He bought the restaurant downstairs because he liked it so much.
He said: "I first went to Mosaica when I was about 15 when I started working at the studio. I'm from an area where they don't have many restaurants that have gourmet food. Deep-fried chicken was as gourmet as you got. I thought Mosaica was a really cool place and I learned a lot about food there."

Apologies for resurrecting an old thread but, having been there for the first time last night, I thought it was worth reminding people about Mosaica. The food was absolutely first rate, and I really liked the atmosphere as well. Not particularly easy to find, but well worth the effort...
