Hi Colin,

Wow - your flat looks lovely. I would be very interested in coming to have a look if possible.

My boyfriend and I are currently on Vale Road and need to move as our Landlady is selling up and we really want to stay in the area so the location is perfect.

We have 2 cats - would this be a problem?

My calculations get the rent to 1,408 per month - is this correct?

Would there be any chance of looking tomorrow around 1.00pm?

Ahhh - just found your earlier post saying it was £1300 pcm.
