Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Here we go again...

Erik the cat was last seen on Monday night, August 29th. He's not come back for breakfast or dinner, which is highly unusual for him. He's now been gone 24 hours. He's a blue / grey tabby with white back legs and white toes on his front paws. He's also got some white under his chin, and a cream colour around his whiskers. He's neutered and microchipped, but does not currently have a collar.

He is extremely shy and you won't be able to go near him.

If you see him, please call me on 0793 0674 955. I miss him, and his dad and sister (see photo) miss him too. Please check your sheds and other places he could have been locked in.

He's likely to be in the gardens somewhere between Seymour and Hewitt, probably on the Wightman Road side of the passage.

Last time one of my cat tribe went missing she was actually found at the top of Seymour by a lovely HoL member, I am really hoping the same will happen again now.. Hopefully he's gone hunting, got carried away and got a bit lost.

Sorry to hear it Anette. I'll keep my eyes open.
Will keep a Look out for you. He is a beautiful looking boy.
Thanks guys. Yes, he's a gorgeous looking chap! Don't think anyone's taken him though, he's way to shy for that. He's a rescue and is really, really scared of everyone, so for anyone to catch him will be hard. Hopefully he's just lost in the gardens somewhere and will eventually come home.. I'll keep my fingers crossed.

Poor you - I will keep an eye out for him and check the garden

Anyone seen my cat? He's still not back, and I am getting really worried about my poor little boy.
Still no sign of the cat, he's been gone for over a week, and I hope he's somewhere warm and dry today, poor little thing. I'm starting to think he's become invisible! Has anyone seen him?
Hi Annette, so sorry to hear about your lovely cat missing.  I will keep my eyes open for him.  Just to give you a bit of hope.  One of my rescue cats has gone missing for two weeks two years ago.  We thought we would never see him again and then suddenly he got back, a shadow of himself but otherwise well. he must have got locked up somewhere.  I'll keep my fingers crossed...
Thank you Anna, it helps hearing things like that.
Still no sign of him. No one's seen him, I'm beginning to think I'll never see him again. :(
I'm so sorry. You must be so worried. We've been looking for him but no luck...
Thanks Jitsu. Yes I am really worried, it's coming up to 2 weeks now. My worst nightmare is him being locked in somewhere with no food and water.. does not bear thinking about..
Still no sign of my cat. There seems to be a lot going missing in our area these days, don't you think..?
