Hello everyone!
We have realised an increase of street drug dealing in the corner of my road and the Harringay Passage.
What shall we do???? My friend visited me in May and she was punched by a female user when she refused to give her a cigarette. I use passage in the morning and feel very safe. I wish we can keep it that way all the time. Any suggestions???

Did your friend report the assault?
Regarding the apparent drug dealing please email us at harringay.snt@met.police.uk with the deatils of what you have seen, who the dealer is and where they live and why you think they are a dealer and we will deal.
Thank you
Jono

We have looked into this and have found nothing to support the allegations.
As you know we asked that you update us with any other incidences that you witness and have heard nothing since.
Generally, to support such an allegation, we look for evidence of an ongoing business such as regular visitors at various hours of the day and night arriving, collecting items and leaving within a few seconds.
Cars arriving and the driver wating outside as another occupant goes to the house to do the deal or examples of where the occupant comes out to meet these visitors and after a brief exchange the visitors leave, etc.
*recognizing neighbours' practice* (!)
But really, the kind of proof you're talking about would take CCTV, right?
I've also noticed an increase of 'activity' in the passage of late - and am also on Seymour Road.
Even today, walking down there at 3 in the afternoon, there's a damaged-looking young woman loitering between Seymour and Warham.
Saw the same, with a couple, three days ago.
They're presumably waiting for their connection.
Not causing any immediate problems, but not nice either.
Is there any other reason why you'd wait around in the Passage between streets unless it's to score?
Anyone got any thoughts on how we best tackle this?
