Haringey teacher strike closure details

The Haringey NUT said 38 schools will be closed for the whole day, with 15 open for just a few classes.

We are informed that the only schools NOT striking or partially opening are:

  • Alexandra
  • Bruce Grove
  • Chestnuts
  • Devonshire Hill
  • Ferry Lane
  • John Loughborough secondary school
  • Lea Valley
  • Lordship Lane
  • Mulberry
  • Rokesly
  • St Aidan’s
  • St Ann’s
  • St James
  • St John Vianney
  • St Martin of Porres
  • St Peter in Chains
  • Stamford Hill
  • West Green
  • Woodlands primary.

My son goes to Chestnuts and we have been told that it is closed tomorrow. After school club might be open, but the text I had this morning said no breakfast or after school club.

This is from the council's website (hasn't got Chestnuts, formerly Woodlands, on the list either but it is a bit more detailed)
