I recently chanced my arm with the MD at KFH to see if they'd give us use of their empty premises on the corner of St Ann's Road for the Neighbourhoods Connect project.
I wasn't surprised to get a knock-back, but was pleased to hear that the reason for this is that they plan to start refurbishment of the offices for them to move in "in the relatively near future".

Re Neighbourhood Connect project.
If anyone is concerned about the elderly please visit the OAP`s Luncheon Club in Willoughby Road behind the Citizens Advice Bureau.
I have been strongly led to believe they will be victims of the cuts and many of them have little else in their lives.
It's very reassuring to know that Kinleigh Folkard Hayward, after 3 years 7 months & 3 weeks, are still thinking about moving in "in the relatively near future".
OAE suggests that if your average OAP had placed his Wightman Road residence on the market with KFH on 5th August 2007, he might well be still haunting some of their celestial or infernal branches to see when they're going to put up his For Sale board.
