Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

We have been adopted by a very lovely tabby kitten. The kitten has taken to coming in through our cat flap and hanging out with our two cats more or less round the clock.

We don't mind this situation, but we're not trying to steal someone else's family pet! The kitten has spent a lot of time with us over the last week or so - it doesn't have a collar but it's certainly not feral although it is a bit nervy.

So if your tabby kitten has gone missing, we know where it is. Curled up in our living room with our two cats...

You could go to a vet's and see if it has a micro chip?
Hi Anna

We were thinking of getting a cat soonish, so if he does need a home, give us a shout!! :-)
Hi Anna - sounds like he has a good home with you!

Also, Emily - I can't recommend www.celiahammond.org enough - have got several cats from her over the years and she has an excellent cat rescue ethic!!
Hello Anna
We last saw our gorgeous grey tabby 7 month female on sun at 10pm. we live on wightman road. Our kitten was speyed fairly recently so has a patch of fur regrowing over the scar. She is chipped. Her sister is frantically trying to find her too.
If this is our cat please get in touch
Best wishes
Judith
I really hope it is your gorgeous kitten! Fingers crossed :)
I think if you find any cat then its always best to call a shelter to check if it has a chip or not. Someone might be missing their kitten.

Sorry to hear this isn't the missing kitten. Have you tried knocking on your neighbours door to check their sheds? My cat went missing once and turned out she had got through a neighboyrs window and they had gone out so she was locked in.
Hello again Anna, just to say that I'm rather in love with the idea of having this cat now(!) so if he is an orphan, we would love to have him :-) We live on Falkland Road, although I can't say I've seen him.

I think checking for a chip first is a good plan though - most cats have them these days don't they? It would be a shame if he's being missed by someone!

Judith - that's really sad, poor you, hope she turns up soon.

Rebecca - thanks for the tip, it's my next port of call!
If you are looking for a cat, I got my two gorgeous girls from Wood Green Animal Shelter, they have loads of cats needing nice homes, pop down there at the weekend and have a look around. They come with all their injections and are microchipped. http://www.woodgreen.org.uk/rehoming/type/view/id/cats
I adopted my 2 cats from RsPCA, they also have to put down lots cats/kittens every year as they dont have the facilities to keep so many
I hope cat found is microchipped because if is stray it wouldnt let anyone touch it,maybe put up some of those dreaded posters to see if can find its owners
Hi Anna, yes we are! Could we possibly pop round and meet her? Just let me know when is convenient for you :-)
