Anyone worked with Resi or other companies to plan and design side return extension
We’re finally beginning to plan a side return extension. We came across a firm called Resi and were attracted by their sort of one-stop-shop service to designing and planning extensions..
They have apparently done quite a few projects around the Ladder. Would anybody be willing to share their experience of working with Resi? Alternatively, has anyone worked with another design and build firm or architect for the planning etc of a side return extension.

After hearing very mixed reviews of neighbours’ experiences of using big architecture/building companies (like Resi and Plus Rooms) to do their side return extensions, we chose to work with a highly recommended local architect, Johann Schnaus, and we couldn’t have been happier with the outcome or with the experience of working with Johann (and the builder who he brought on board). Johann is a creative but practically-minded architect who seemed to understand exactly what we were looking for and helped to work out how to achieve some of the less conventional details we had in mind. He was a pleasure to work with and always available and willing to talk through our concerns and to find solutions.
