Floor joist repairs
Hi everyone,
We've got a slightly bouncy hallway floor, which I think indicates that one or two of the joists underneath needs replacing/some piers rebuilding before we put down an engineered wood floor on top.
Has anyone had a similar job done recently or have recommendations for tradespeople?

No but watching this thread now because we have a similar issue. The guy who built our kitchen suggested it was an annoying and dirty job rather than a particularly expensive one.

Greg 'the spray painter" can do this kind of thing for you. He sorted out a rotten floor in my old place. Stick his name in the search for recommendations etc. He's got a mate who is an excellent joiner who may be free (Daniel).

Yes, I had a whole floor replaced by Giorgi of Neofix. 07447 575236.
