Does anyone know Irene Neil or family?

Hello:

Wondering if anybody knows, or has contact with, Irene Neil or any of her family members? I'm trying to track down a high resolution scan of one of her photographs. She posted an amazing photograph of her Father, circa 1946 outside his shop on Westbury Avenue.
