Kitchen extension - recommendations?

Hello there. I'm in the early stages of planning a kitchen extensions - out into the side return of a typical ladder house. 

I know various people have used Plus Rooms but just wondered if there were any other recommendations? Either for companies that project manage the job in the way Plus Rooms do or separate architects, kitchen designers, contractors?
