Black cat, no collar, Beresford road. Is it lost?

Hi, a black cat started appearing in our garden this week.

It seems lost and meows very loudly. It seems quite attached to our house. It doesn't have a collar.

I would put a cheap collar round it’s neck with a piece of paper wrapped round, asking the owners to contact you, then if no response, vet to see if microchipped. Owners may just be away and the little thing is bored

This cat keeps trying to come into our house as well. We are also on Beresford Road. I have fed him as he looks really hungry. He's also sat outside in the rain which suggests he might be lost. Did you have any luck tracking down his owners? I might take him to the vet to see if he has a chip.

Hi. The same cat has been in my garden. Very vocal. Wants food all the time. Cries at the door to come in. Doesn't have a collar, but does have short hair round the neck where a collar may have been. Did you manage to trace the owner?
