Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Hi

I need to get my fitness levels up and am looking for some local classes that might be enjoyable. I hate gyms so don't want to have to sign up to one but would like a decent dance class or spin or something like that. Also not a runner! I don't want to have to go too far but something around Harringay or Finsbury Park would work.

If anyone has any suggestions I would really appreciate it.

Try British Military Fitness. There are classes in Finsbury, Ally Pally or Clissold Park wvery day except Sunday. Its well run, varied and very social. They cater for all levels of fitness.

Thanks for the suggestion but having seen them in the park that looks far too full-on for me! Running outside in the cold is definitely not my idea of fun. I would be considered too soft for them I fear

Hornsey Vale Community Centre host classes like Zumba, badminton, table tennis, circuits if that’s of any interest

I have been going to Bounce (various class types) for about 6 months and I love it. I'm still a bit scared of the trampoline and have odd wobbles with coordination but it DOESNT matter because it's fun, friendly and non competitive! Everyone is there to just do their best and enjoy working out together. It's all down to the friendly and kind instructor Rosy who is a gem! https://www.facebook.com/bouncearchway/
