Tree branches overhanging

My neighbour's cherry tree is enormous and the branches are now covering about 1/3 of my garden. Can anyone recommend a tree surgeon/gardener who can cut some of this back without damaging the tree itself.  The landlord lives in Devon and has a rather 'cavalier' attitude to repairs etc - tenants are lovely thankfully.
