Disabled swimming sessions

Does anyone know if Park road pool still have their disabled friendly sessions? Nothing on their website and no-one ever answers emails or phone calls.

I know they are generally accessible but I'm looking for specific sessions to get my confidence up and that's not ever possible in lanes with faster able bodied swimmers, even in the slow lane.

Also, if you're a disabled swimmer and have any advice on places to go, would love to hear tips.

Hello,WeSwim might be helpful. It’s a charity run by my friend, Tash. They offer supported sessions in Old Street and wider info on accessible swimming in London. Good luck in finding somewhere.

Ahh thanks hannah! I think ive spoken to tash ages ago but things were still closed there due to pandemic, I'll get back in touch with her!
