Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

Pemberton Road closure

Has anybody heard any news about when work is likely to start on the road surface on Pemberton?

After the tragic event of last week it’s not surprising that work was suspended for the week.  However I was under the impression that the road works would start again yesterday (Monday). Tuesday afternoon and still no sign.  I was alarmed to see motor cyclists, motto scooters and mopeds driving from Wightman down to Green Lanes using the pavement! This has been happening all day today.

I spoke to the team this afternoon. They are hoping to get started again on Saturday. Not certain but unlikely to be any earlier
