Flat wanted

f anyone knows of/hears of a 1/2 bedroom furnished flat to let in the area for a 6-month contract (possibly extending to 1 year), please let me know. A friend is about to complete on the sale of her local property but the flat she'd lined up has fallen through. Older single lady, very reliable.
