Good letting agents (full property management service)?
I'm looking to rent out my flat on the Ladder as I'm going abroad for work. Does anyone have any recommendations for a good letting agent? It would be great to have an agent that takes good care of both landlords and tenants so that everyone's happy.
I've searched through previous threads, but most of the answers seemed to be about agents to avoid, rather than pointing out the good ones! There were some positive posts about OpenRent, but that won't really work as I'll need a full property management service as I won't be in the country.

I have used Tomasz at Echo Properties for the last eight or so years to find tenants. He is very good and has always found me excellent tenants. Very amiable and easy to work with, would highly recommend.

I have used Barbara Gibson as a Letting Agent for over six years - they specialise in letting and management. I have always found them to be totally honest, unlike almost all other Agents I have used over the years.
