Harringay, Haringey - So Good they Spelt it Twice!

New community garden taking shape just up the road

A little while back I reported on our neighbours just the other side of Turnpike Lane creating new online spaces.

I've been following them since and it seems like they're creating a nice little offline space too - a community garden on the corner of Hornsey Park & Clarendon Roads.

Good for them. Good job. Here they all are, hard at it:

Blimey, drove past there today (at 20mph or less) and didn't notice. (Makes note to cast a glance left next time.) Good for them.

Good for you - Have you got a name for your group or fo the space -
We have tools equipment events stuff that we lend out to schools and community groups
if you need to borrow anything along your journey please come back to me - I can also help advise on other issues too - from experience

Garden update: We now had the professionals come in to plant trees and shrubs... In the larger scheme of things it is only a tiny plot, but I can feel it already makes a difference to Hornsey Park Road, if you enter from the south side. More plants will follow, hope we will be vandalism free until the plants are settled.
