Art nouveau gas fire with slate hearth and Edwardian-style pine fire surround

We’re selling the fireplace, hearth and mantel to make way for a new stove. The fireplace was installed in around 2003. It’s worked great for us. There are slight marks in the wood but to say it’s around 20 years old, it’s all in good condition. 

From online searches, to buy all this brand new would be:

We're open to offers around £500 for the lot. We’d be happy to consider selling individual items.

Our gas engineer has disconnected the gas fire and it’s all been removed from the wall ready for collection. Obviously we can’t offer any guarantees or warranties because it’s a gas product and you’ll need to have your own gas engineer install and check it.

The insert is really heavy so definitely a two-person job lifting it. We live on the Haringey Ladder (N4).
