New opening times for the Food Bank

Hello,

It's been a while since we last posted here. We certainly have not had an extended break, but been busy serving those in need. Demand has been steady, but our resources have been stretched, financially, logistically and with volunteers, quite a few of whom have not been available.

We have now taken the decision to only open on a Saturday with our hours at present as previous. Indeed last Saturday the first one before we don't open on a Tuesday was extremely busy. So we are still open to new people helping as volunteers on both 'sessions' and you can contact us on our email address below. Also, if you wish to give financially our account details can be found on our part of the Gospel Centre's web pages below. As regards donations we are currently in need of 1kg packets of rice, cereals, washing tablets, tinned meat, toiletries and coffee particularly.

We continue to be a part of Haringey Food Network, which has just been formally launched as well as The independent Food Aid Network.
