Wanted - Bicyle for a homeless woman

Hi all,

I am on the scrounge for one of my clients who recently had her bike stolen.

As many of you know, I have been working with people experiencing homelessness in Haringey for the last 12 years. One of my clients, a 20something European woman who found herself living on the street through no fault of her own.

With no income, her bicycle was her only form of transport available and was her only escape from the trauma she relives everyday as a survivor of abuse. Cycling around London is her way of coping with her mind racing.

Please get in touch if you have a suitable bicycle, you no longer use or need and would like to give away for free.

I have two mens mountain bikes just sitting about they are too big for me... both need minor maintenance tyres pumping up, maybe some rust removal as both been outside for a few months.
