Looking to hire a kitchen or resturant kitchen or church/hall/school kitchen

HelloI run a small cookery school in my home, the max people I teach at
once is 4. I'm thinking of branching out/replacing my home classes- so I am looking for a kitchen
in London where I can teach about 8-10 people, plus space/table the
class can relax, socialize and eat.

I have tried a place in North Action, but it takes about 30 mins to walk from the tube, and its in
the middle of nowhere, so somewhere, don't mind where but has to be
very close to the underground.

Can anyone suggest a commercial/private large kitchen I can teach in, I would only using it say twice a month
at first.

Any suggestions good people?
